Our staff of five speech therapists, have expertise in meeting the needs of children with Autism, Receptive and Expressive language deficits, Pragmatic language deficits, Social skill deficits,  Speech difficulties, and Speech Apraxia.  The children who come to this clinic range in age from 1 year to 21 years and have varying diagnoses: Autism, Asperger Syndrome, Nonverbal Learning Disability, Receptive/expressive language disorder, Semantic language disorder, Pragmatic language disorder,  Down Syndrome, Seizure Disorder, Mental Retardation and Language Delay.  For those children requiring it, Augmentative and Alternative Communication methods are offered as well. The needs of each child will determine the number of sessions per week. However, children are seen for a minimum of two sessions per week to insure that progress is made.  Sessions are 45 minutes to one hour in length.
